Removed from the Dirty List on 29 August 2023

Frontier Services Group (FSG) was removed from the Dirty List on 29 August 2023 after informing Burma Campaign UK that they no longer worked for Chinese companies investing in Burma.

About the company

Frontier Services Group (FSG)

Frontier Services Group (FSG) is a Hong Kong listed private security company set up by Erik Prince, founder of the controversial Blackwater security company. FSG was established with support of Chinese state companies to provide security for Chinese investments overseas.

A large number of Chinese investments in Burma are controversial, linked to human rights violations, conflict, environmental destruction and funding the Burmese military. FSG will be providing security to companies linked to human rights violations. In 2021 and 2022 Burma Campaign UK received anecdotal reports of increased FSG presence following the attempted military coup in 2021.
