Hyundai Heavy Industries is a South Korean conglomerate. Its subsidiary, Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering, is building a gas compression platform for the Shwe gas project. Since the military coup on 1st February 2021 revenue from gas projects goes to the Burmese military.
