Weatherford International is an American oilfield services company which most recently has worked on the Zawtika gas field. It has worked with international companies operating gas fields in Burma and supplied services to now military-controlled Myanmar Oil and Gas Enterprise. Since the military coup on 1st February 2021 revenue from gas projects goes to the Burmese military.
